The spots on the skin are a factor that affects the self-esteem of both women and men and much more if it is visible to everyone. These may appear due to different factors, some simple ones such as pregnancy, acne, the use of hormonal contraceptive methods, and others a little more complex such as vitiligo disease, tinea versicolor, pityriasis alba, among others, which require specialized medical treatment.
For this reason, we give you a series of tricks to erase those simple skin spots that afflict us so much:
Know the origin of the spots
It is of crucial importance to be attentive to the changes that occur in our body to know what is causing it and avoid continuing to do so.
Ideally, the use of sunscreen, one that is special for the face and one for the body, it is recommended NOT to sunbathe at the most intense hours of the day as it is; after 10 in the morning until 4 in the afternoon.
Before applying any product on the face, it is advisable to spread a small amount on any other part of the body (arm, leg), in order to know if the product is well received by our body.

1. Whitening cream
It is special for very dark spots thanks to its natural bleaching agents.
For this, we need: hydrogen peroxide (a few drops), milk powder (two tablespoons), vegetable glycerin (a couple of drops), lemon juice (a couple of drops)
Mix the ingredients to form a homogeneous paste and apply at night on the area, clean with plenty of water the next morning.
2. Oatmeal and lemon mask
This mask not only helps remove stains, but it also provides purifying cleansing and nutritional properties.
For this, we need 1/4 tablespoon of fine fine ground oatmeal, 250 ml of water, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
Mix the ingredients and apply on the area for a week for 15 minutes, then rinse with plenty of water. It is advisable not to expose yourself to the sun in the minutes of the application of the product since it contains lemon and can irritate the skin.
3. Aloe Vera
It is a plant well known in the world of beauty and wellness for its healing powers, helps moisturize oily skin, heal marks left by episodes of acne or a wound. For stains can be used directly from the plant, extracting its gel or buying the one sold in pharmacies or health food stores.
4. Yogurt or milk
This type of mask can be done either with natural yogurt, without flavors and sugar, or with any type of milk, these two ingredients, disinfects, softens the skin, promote regeneration, maintains the ideal humidity.
To do this, wash the face or affected area very well, dry it carefully and spread the yogurt through the area with the fingertips or a brush, leave at least 15 or 25 minutes and then remove with warm water.
